What the Submission Form Collects
Submissions are captured and managed in Salesforce. Every event is reviewed before publication.
Section 1 — Event Host
- Host Type (Nonprofit, Church, Ministry, Business, Artist/Performer, Speaker, Event Producer, Community Org, Education Org, Individual, Other)
- Organization / Host Name
- Contact first & last name, email, phone
- Website & social media
- Country, State/Province/Region, City
Section 2 — Event Information
Event name, description, category, type, start/end date, start/end time, time zone
Section 3 — Location (by type)
Online: event URL + platform (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Facebook Live, YouTube Live, Website/Livestream, Other)
In-Person: venue, street, city, state/region, country, postal code
Hybrid: both online and physical information.
Section 4 — Registration & Tickets
Participation type (Free, Registration required, Tickets, Donation-based, Invitation only, Other), registration URL, ticket URL, price, currency, registration deadline, event contact email & phone.
Section 5 — Event Media
Featured image (1200 × 675), organization logo, promotional flyer, promotional video URL.
Section 6 — Tour / Multi-City Events
Multi-location yes/no, tour name, number of locations, tour description, dates, cities, countries, venues, registration/ticket links — supporting world tours, speaking/music/ministry/concert tours, and multi-city conferences.
